The Preserves of Formerly are installed in Caylus since 1896.
Our culinary workshop transforms guaranteed products without preservatives or dyes. The methods of
manufacturing is traditional and draws on historical family recipes. The range is complete and
varied, more than 100 specialties are proposed (foie gras, confit, specialties with foie gras, galantines,
terrines, pâtés, ready meals, sauces, mushrooms).
The building has been specially designed to accommodate the public with large glazed corridors allowing
a panoramic view of the manufacturing rooms. Access is direct and easy (on the road
Département). A large parking with a shaded area is available to visitors. The
coaches can park and maneuver easily.
The company is open every day except Sunday and offers a guided tour of its kitchens. Closing of the establishment on December 25th and January 1st.
Reception of individuals without appointment from Monday to Saturday from 9h to 12h30 and from 14h to 19h.
Groups welcome by appointment.
