We have often sung the praises, and quite rightly, of the delicious produce of our farms and orchards.
Tarn-et-Garonne's culinary heritage, abundant and varied, lends itself to an interesting combination of flavours: smokiness of mushrooms married with golden poultry; the delicate, distinctive taste of foie gras raised to sublime heights by the addition of truffles; feather light local pastry specialities such as 'pastis' (no, NOT the drink!) to name but a few.
To concoct these delights...keeping the best of the past, whilst being creative...fifteen restaurateurs have created an association of like minded professionals. Amongst them figure several master restaurateurs, but they all choose quality of produce when planning their menus.
