This pastry chef by training began his career at the age of 16 and has since made a name for himself in Montauban.
He had the opportunity to work as Head Pastry Chef in Michelin-starred restaurants on the French Riviera, such as the Negresco in Nice. He further honed his skills alongside renowned chefs like Jacques Chibois and Dominique Le Stanc. To gain international experience, he spent three years working in Kobe, Japan, before finally returning to Montauban, his hometown.
He and his wife, Nathalie, will open their own establishment, offering unique creations, from original desserts to classic favorites. Furthermore, in 2006, he received the Dynamique Artisanale award, and in 2008, he was recognized as a member of Relais Desserts International.
