There are 2 entrances: either via the old awning or via the original entrance, which opens onto a hall with a toilet, washbasin and storage space. This entrance leads to the games room, which contains children's and adult games and an upright piano. This hallway leads to a lounge/dining room that opens onto the kitchen. Lounge with fireplace, 3 sofas, TV, coffee table, dining table with bench and chairs, opening onto the fitted kitchen (oven with steam, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob). A second door leads to a completely independent bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed and a private shower room with wc. Through the entrance hallway under the awning, equipped with shoe racks and a cloakroom, there is a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge.
A staircase leads to the 1st floor with a landing area for reading, leading to 3 bedrooms: the Kaki bedroom with 1 x 140 x 200 bed, a desk and storage space, the Figue bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed leading to a dressing room and a shower room (2 basins, walk-in shower, wc). The Poire bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 x 200) and storage space. A landing leads to 2 further bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190), a shared bathroom and separate wc.
The awning has been converted into a summer kitchen with a large table, chairs, barbecue, pierrade, shower room, wc and 6-seater spa. From this covered area, you have access to the park with its heated swimming pool (April to October) 5 x 10, 1.10 to 1.80 deep, gently sloping and equipped with a motorised hard cover. At the poolside, you can play a game of pétanque on the dedicated court while the children swing on the swings. In the grounds there are many fruit trees and various trees including a rare cedar for guaranteed shade. Large gate.
