Where to find us
• Montauban North: Join us every Tuesday at 1 p.m. for a warm welcome and a presentation of our activities.
• Montauban South: Health & fitness sessions every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Decathlon (except during school holidays).
• At your workplace: We also come to you! On-site sessions available for health & fitness, posture and ergonomics training, prevention of MSDs, and team building.
