Ceramics exhibition | Corinne Millet

Corinne Millet, a ceramist based in the Haute Garonne, will be displaying her work in the
showcase.
"As a visual ceramist, I create sculptures and other volumes that take their
texture from nature. I work in stoneware and porcelain, fired in wood, at high
temperatures or for smoking.
I set the scene for sculptures that are sometimes utilitarian (vases), playing with their structure,
stratum or laminate, revealing a macroscopic vision of cracks and folds.
Inspired by plants and minerals, I seek to make evident the forces of earth and fire,
, which form my poetic vocabulary.

Christelle Caceres and Sylvie Espagnol, guest members of our association Terres
Neuves du Sud-Ouest, will also be exhibiting their work throughout July.
You'll be able to admire Christelle's white earthenware jewellery and Sylvie's utilitarian or
decorative pieces in chamotte porcelain.
