Summer is in full swing at Le Pot à l'Envers, and we're delighted to welcome three new temporary exhibitions throughout August.

Pascal Castagné, a ceramist based in the Lot region, will be displaying his wood-fired pieces in the showcase.
"Sensual gestures, engraved and stamped into the soft mass of raw clay. Dancing at her fingertips, the nascent volumes, the blossoms, the beautiful white, red and brown Spanish stoneware.
Questioning shapes and bringing colour to the pieces... The wood-fired kiln plays a key role.
Guess the fusions, the caresses of salt and ash... 1320°, we're there, we close. Everything...Pascal Castagné, a ceramist based in the Lot region, will be displaying his wood-fired pieces in the showcase.

Chloé Bouzon and Michaella Smart will be guest members of our association Terres Neuves du Sud-Ouest.
Chloé lives in the Hautes-Pyrénées and will be showcasing her utilitarian, decorative and unique stoneware and earthenware pieces.
"From my life as a circus artist, I've retained the need to tell stories. So I use clay to explore new forms of storytelling, where humour and poetry come together to share my vision of a world that's both absurd and terrifying, but always alive.
Michaella lives in Corrèze. "I now mainly create sculptural works and continue to develop unconventional approaches and incorporate other artistic fields into my pieces. I use a variety of clays (porcelain, earthenware and stoneware) depending on my projects."
