Beautiful, fully renovated stone house with, on the ground floor, an entrance hall giving access to a living room with sitting area (2 3-seater sofas on either side of a wood-burning stove, 4 armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, Satellite TV), kitchen area (fitted units LV, MO, fridge, 1 additional fridge, 1 freezer), dining area. 1 ground-floor toilet with hand-washer and heated towel rail. 2 bedrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 double bed each with en-suite shower room and toilet). Storage space under the stairs. Large terrace in front of the property with shade arbour. Enclosed swimming pool (secure gate) 10 x 4 with steps and paddling pool area.
