Fun and educational, this free-access tour will immerse you in the world of energy and allow you to understand where the electricity you use every day comes from. You will discover the operation of a nuclear power plant and the specificities of the Golfech site.
This exhibition space is open and free of charge. Opening in 2025 :
- Outside school holidays: every Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
- During school holidays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons (1:30 PM to 5:30 PM).
- Summer period (from July 7th to August 31st): Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Additionally, school groups can be welcomed on-site for a visit to the nuclear facilities (prior registration required). Visits to the nuclear facilities are also offered to the general public during certain times of the year. Stay informed through the "Visiter EDF" website.
