Lacontal farm is a farm of Quercy. 5 hectares of lavender have been planted since spring 2006.

Formerly, lavender Quercy was recognized for its specific qualities. It was just as popular as lavender grown in Provence. From 1950 through 1970, the Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot were producing 10% of French lavender essential oils. Since 2006, we renouons this culture practiced by our grandparents. On the farm, come and feel our essential oils lavender officinal 100% natural. You'll also find soaps, candy and candles specially made with our lavender, as well as gifts compositions. Our lavenders are in full bloom 2nd half of June. The harvesting and distillation began in mid-July. We désherbons mechanically and manually, without chemicals. You can also make a nice walk in the freshness of the Boxwood combs and sun limestone plateaus. Lacaune sheep breeders, we also offer meat of lamb (order), duvets and wool pillows.
