  • At Ferme de Pezetis, Manuella and Jean-Paul perpetuate a family tradition of raising fattened ducks. Their corn, grown on the farm, is used to force-feed the ducks using the traditional “Tradition Foie Gras” method.
    The ducks are slaughtered, cut up and processed on site, in a traditional cannery, guaranteeing complete traceability and incomparable quality.
