Sale of foie gras, confit, duck breasts
At Ferme de Pezetis, Manuella and Jean-Paul perpetuate a family tradition of raising fattened ducks. Their corn, grown on the farm, is used to force-feed the ducks using the traditional “Tradition Foie Gras” method.
The ducks are slaughtered, cut up and processed on site, in a traditional cannery, guaranteeing complete traceability and incomparable quality.
Direct farm sales: Foies gras, confits, magrets, pâtés, rillettes, whole or cut-up ducks (by reservation).
Open by appointment for a warm, personalized welcome.
At Pezetis, everything is homemade... for the simple pleasure of eating well and sharing the authenticity of the Lomagne region.
