They have chosen organic farming in order to respect our environment, our land and the quality of the products. Our pigs are born and raised in the open air, in the woods, with huts at their disposal and they accompany them until they are at least 2 years old for the females and 8 months old for the males (not castrated), at which time they proceed with their transformation. Livestock production: Fresh meat to order (meat packages possible), dry sausage, lonzo, coppa, pancetta, ham, but also pâtés, fritons, confit rinds, ham. Vegetable production: cherries, apricots, melons, watermelons, tomatoes, grapes, courgettes, pumpkins, spaghetti squash, butturnut. It is possible to reserve products by telephone by sending a text message and come and collect them, or directly from the farm.
