The property features four bedrooms and a mezzanine. You can enjoy a spacious air‑conditioned living room with a central fireplace, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. A large picture window opens onto the terrace and garden.
Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the ground floor and two upstairs, all air‑conditioned, with garden views and twin beds that can be converted into doubles. The gîte has four shower rooms and toilets.

The enclosed, private grounds offer a view of the Garonne River, a large furnished terrace, a secure swimming pool, a year‑round jacuzzi, and an air‑conditioned pool house with a billiard table.
