Pretty new individual house attached to the owners' house. Close to Montauban and less than 1 km from the Estang golf course and the Golf des Actillons.

This house for 4 people has a quiet garden and a swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) of 7.5x3.5, covered with dome with a counter current swimming system for the more sporty ... Fully air -conditioned accommodation is made up of a large living room, an "equipped kitchen" corner, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk -in shower. A large terrace with barbecue for relaxation and to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Pets are accepted, after validation of the owner.
