Here, we combine a passion for craft beer with expertise developed in spirits and liqueurs to offer exceptional products while remaining rooted in tradition.
Since our beginnings, we've sought to innovate by experimenting with a multitude of ingredients: spices, fruits, exotic plants, and even certain vegetables. Our experienced team has already brewed over 300 different beer recipes.
In 2024, we expanded our range by launching our own distillery. Gin, pastis, absinthe, and original liqueurs are now part of the adventure. We know that spirits can sometimes seem intimidating, which is why we favor an approach centered on discovery and pleasure. Our ambition is to offer drinks that are both authentic and creative, with modesty but a true commitment to quality and a touch of madness. Our craft beers and spirits are designed with the aim of preserving the unique character of each ingredient. From the hops chosen for their subtle aroma to the precise distillation of our spirits, nothing is left to chance. We believe that the best way to stay creative is to stick to the basics: quality products, well-established processes, and a constant open mind.
