Sylvie welcomes you to the farm! Come and see how the ducks are raised in the open air and force-fed with whole corn. At Lautardio Farm, the departmental charter of Tradition Foie Gras is respected. It brings together producers according to a set of specifications based on traditional and ancestral practices. Direct sales, on order (by telephone): - sale of fresh products: foies gras, whole ducks and ducks without liver - sale of whole foies gras in tins or verrines: 110g, 190g, 290g or 450g - sale of pâté with foies gras (25%) in tins.
