Located in front of the forecourt of the Abbey Saint-Pierre, in Moissac, in a contemporary and warm decor, the restaurant LE BISTROT GOURMAND invites you to a gastronomic stopover in the heart of the South-West.

The chef, Thierry Boniface, will introduce you to Moissagaise specialties and traditional cuisine from the South West. Authentic cuisine, quality, seasonal products from the market. From duck foie gras to Chasselas de Moissac, taste our treasures of Tarn-et-Garonne. The most gourmands will be able to taste our homemade desserts (the “Moissac” ice cream cup, the sabayons with seasonal fruits,…) and the sorbets and ice creams from Maître Glacier Philippe Faur.
