This magical place is made up of several buildings: in the first building, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge), a dining table with stools, a bedroom (king-size bed that can be separated into twin beds, bedside tables, armchairs, coffee table, wardrobe), a shower room with toilet and a terrace with table and chairs. In the attached barn, a lounge with armchairs, TV, board games, table tennis, exercise bike, books... all exclusively reserved and private to guests. From this barn, direct access to the swimming pool with its complete summer kitchen reserved exclusively for guests, aquabike and dry toilets. Wifi throughout the accommodation, including in the barn, by the pool and on the terraces. Swimming pool (10x5 with 2.50 m plunge pool), sun loungers, parasols, aquabike. Bed linen, towels, household linen and pool towels provided and included. A water softener supplies the gîte, summer kitchen and solar shower. Panoramic terrace overlooking the Roucous de Sauveterre golf course (garden furniture). Baby equipment available on request (cot, bed linen, high chair, adapted crockery, bath).
