The mill, located 3 km from the village of St Antonin, was built before the 16th century. Over the following centuries buildings were added and transformed.The property, a former summer camp in the town of Montauban, is now being transformed to become quality tourist accommodation, a large capacity group accommodation, while preserving its heritage character and its exceptional natural environment.Around the mill, the offer of nature activities is important: hiking and mountain biking, canoe trips, tree climbing but also climbing and caving.The rooms can be rented together or isolated, the outbuildings are shared with groups: a large collective kitchen, a terrace in front of the Aveyron river, a games room / dining room and two lounges.
