Beautiful fully renovated stone house with on the ground floor, an entrance hall giving access to a living room with lounge area (2 3-seat sofas on both sides of a wood stove, 4 armchairs, Coffee table, TV, DVD player, satellite), kitchen area (integrated elements, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerators, freezer), a dining area with large table and 16 chairs). Access to the laundromat (dryer and washing machine) and large cupboard at the entrance. 1 toilet with handwash and towel dryer on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 bed 140 each with private bathroom and WC). Storage space under the staircase.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200 each, sharing a bathroom with private WC. 1 bedroom 1 bed 160x200, private bathroom and WC. 1 bedroom 1 bed 120 and 2 bunk beds in 90 and 1 bedroom 2 beds 80x200 close with bathroom access' bath and shower) and independent wc. TV lounge upstairs giving on access staircase.

Large terrace in front of the accommodation with shade arbor. Coin fitted with barbecue and garden furniture. Fenced pool (secure gate) 10x4 with staircase and paddling space.

Nice grabbed land surrounding the cottage. Parking spaces in front of the gîte and electric charging station.

WiFi in the lodging and USB and RJ45 sockets in all rooms.
