Media library of Albias

In a bright and pleasant space, the media library offers a wide variety of media (CDs, DVDs, books, magazines, e-reader, tablet). The mezzanine is regularly used for workshops, animations and shows. It can also be used occasionally for exhibitions. As in all the media libraries of the network, several computer stations are available for consultation. They allow access to the Internet and office software.
Since its creation, the media library welcomes all the school groups of the commune in order to carry out a mediation around the book and the reading.
In addition, new specialties have appeared: on the one hand, a parenting section and on the other hand, a grain library.
The parenting section, intended for parents or professionals working in the field of early childhood, offers documents on child development and well-being.
In accordance with this collection, the media library welcomes other services of the Community of Communes: the Relais d'Assistante Maternelle and the Lieu d'Accueil Parent-Enfant (LAEP).
Since 2018, the Albias media library invites you to discover a new service available to all: the grain library. In this collaborative space, it will be possible for you to deposit or take freely seeds of flowers, fruits and vegetables, in order to share and spread them.
