Take advantage of the mild month of June to come and discover the Jardin des Plantes de Montauban, inaugurated in 1801 on the edge of the Tescou stream. Let yourself be told the story of this 3-hectare arboretum, learn about botany by observing the many species that make it up, and take the time to admire the sculptures that bloom along the paths.
A CIAP guide and lecturer from the Museum Victor Brun will accompany you throughout this green walk in the heart of the city.

After a quick discovery of the cloister and the temple of the Carmelites by a CIAP guide-lecturer,
Frédéric Volle, teacher at the Dojo du Mouvement, will offer you an introduction to Qi Gong, an ancestral Chinese practice that provides flexibility, vitality, tranquility and fluidity.
