Algiers, 1990s. Nedjma, 18, a student living in the university city, dreams of becoming a stylist. The political and social situation in the country continues to deteriorate. The film will be followed by a debate with the CIDFF (Information Center on the Rights of Women and Families): What the women of today owe those of yesterday.
