Production and processing of prunes

Since 1925 and for 4 generations, the house of Cabos has been producing and transforming prunes in a traditional way. The family business looks after its orchards so that the fruit develops the most subtle flavours. Thus, when you taste a Cabos prune, it is a prune picked from these trees, fully ripe, sorted, and then dried just the day it is picked, in their own ovens.
