Morning : The Starts
Starts are scheduled very early to take advantage of the morning cool and ensure the long distances (160 km and 120 km) are completed before nightfall.
05:30 AM - 06:00 AM : Start of the CEIO 3 / CEI 3 (160 km) – the flagship event.
06:30 AM - 07:00 AM : Start of the CEI 2* and CEIYJ 2* (120 km).
08:00 AM - 08:30 AM : Start of the CEI 1* (100 km) and National events (CEN).
Throughout the Day : Vet Gates & Arrivals
All day : "Vetting" (veterinary inspections) at the Castelsagrat Stadium site after each loop.
From 03:30 PM : First arrivals for the 120 km competitors.
From 05:30 PM / 06:30 PM : Arrivals of the Nations Cup winners (160 km).
Evening : Ceremonies
07:00 PM : Prize-giving and Nations Ceremony (often accompanied by local entertainment).
