In the countryside, independent gîte on one level (1 step to entrance) comprising a day room with lounge (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove) and kitchen (fitted units (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher), shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). Terrace and lounge + private, unfenced grounds (1000m²), garden table and barbecue. Bike garage (2 mountain bikes and 2 road bikes). A fence and path separate the gîte from the river. The price includes: bed linen, towels and household linen, wood for the stove, wifi internet access. Special welcome for guests who own vintage vehicles: converted shed available.
