Welcome to Le Brisant coffee shop, the place where passion for coffee, gastronomy and the art of living meet.

This family coffee shop, founded by Céline and her son Tristan, highlights know-how enriched over the years by their international travels. Every detail has been thought of to offer you a moment of sharing around friendly and authentic cuisine. The cellar was developed around wine and cider. The chef developed it with Erwan, his brother. Oenologist sommelier, his expertise in alcohol has made it possible to put together a creative menu around local products in order to offer the best taste experience around our friendly cuisine.
