"Maison Micouleau" Cannery

For over 130 years, Maison Micouleau has been passionately perpetuating family recipes from the South-West, handed down from father to son in Beaumont-de-Lomagne.

Foies gras, confits, cassoulets, pâtés, rillettes... All our specialities are home-cooked, without colourings or preservatives, in our traditional workshop, using ingredients carefully selected from local producers.

These are 100% local products, celebrating the authentic flavours of our region and the traditional know-how for which the Lomagne region is renowned.
