Pastis du Quercy is a delicacy dessert that Michèle has been preparing with passion since 2006! Delicacy and know-how are the key words for the realization of this pastry with ancient history and well-kept secrets.
A thin paste spread on a whole table, apples, … a few secret ingredients,… This is an explosion in the mouth guaranteed!
Tasting advice: Pastis is best warm, just heat the oven to 180° then turn it off and put the Pastis in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, good tasting!

You can find the delicious Pastis du Quercy at the Montauban market on Saturday morning, Michelle Cavaille is waiting for you on her stand (at the prefecture level). This delicious cake comes in several sizes, from 4 to 10 parts (from 10 to 25€). You can also place an order with her at: 06 77 57 53 70 and pick her up at home.
