Created on the slopes of Moissac, Quercy des îles is a blend of Martinique PDO rum, Moissac Chasselas juice, Tahitian vanilla and PDO Espelette pepper.
Eighteen months of maturing in oak barrels give it elegance and originality, and reveal its aromatic power.
16% VOL, Quercy des îles can be enjoyed chilled, on its own or in cocktails. In cooking, its alliance with Quercy melon is remarkable, or used as a glaze for pan-fried foie gras, flambéed seafood, sweet and savory dishes, it also enhances your desserts and pastries.
We also offer a range of spirits:
Gin Georgette: a bespoke gin with floral and citrus aromas, reduced with Moissac Chasselas juice and pure Montagne Noire water. 100% Occitanie, it has just been awarded the "SUD DE FRANCE" label: the mark of the best products from the Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée region.
Vodka Simone: vodka specially distilled with Chasselas de Moissac juice and reduced with pure Montagne Noire water.
Spirit André: Blend of Alsace single malt French whisky, aged for three years in Bordeaux white oak barrels, Chasselas de Moissac juice and pure Montagne Noire water.
Rhum arrangé Barthélémy: Occitanie rum reduced with Chasselas de Moissac juice.
And don't forget the softs: Archibald Tonic Bio, Chasselas fruit juice.
