The Réseau de Lecture Publique (Public Reading Network) of the Communauté de Communes des Deux Rives invites you to a total immersion into the world of literature for all ages at the Youth Book Fair, themed this year "On a laissé faire !" (We let it happen!). Join us from Thursday, June 11 to Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Valence d'Agen to celebrate illustrators, librarians, and books in complete freedom! Driven by the unique and mischievous graphic universe of illustrator Loïc Méhée, this unmissable cultural event in Tarn-et-Garonne highlights boundless creativity and the joy of reading. On the program for this festive fair : Meetings and book signings : Exchange with talented authors and illustrators from the youth literature scene. Reading & Freedom spaces : Moments of escape crafted by your librarians to inspire a love for reading in younger audiences. Workshops and activities: Fun activities centered around books, drawing, and imagination (detailed program available at the Deux Rives Tourist Office, Valence d'Agen). Whether you are passionate about illustrated albums, comic books, youth novels, or simply curious to make beautiful discoveries as a family, this fair is the ideal gathering to celebrate the end of the school year in a joyful and creative atmosphere.
