This is the story of Mam'Suzie, a little old lady who lives alone in a small house in the tiny village of Monbidon les Coquillettes, nestled at the foot of a small mountain. One day, an alert broadcast on television disrupts her well-ordered life: a rain of peas is about to descend upon the village. She must leave quickly and take refuge in the bear's cave. Mam'Suzie is a bit disorganized; she can't manage it! Three little cats spontaneously come to her aid. As the alerts continue, the grandmother and the three kittens must pack three suitcases. Preparing them gives Mam'Suzie the opportunity to share her passions for stories, disco dancing, and songs interwoven with her childhood memories. With her three suitcases packed, Mam'Suzie can finally take refuge in the bear's cave.
