Catering/cooked dishes:
Every day, we prepare different seasonal dishes made on the spot from fresh products, quiche, pie, dish in sauce, roast, cooked vegetables, various salads, small desserts .....
Rotisserie :
Every Saturday and Sunday morning, roasted chickens are in the spotlight, only yellow farm chickens "red label" from Périgord (1.7 kg raw), minimum 81 days breeding 100% vegetable food.
On order by Wednesday at the latest, duck, guinea fowl, quail, roast pork.
Gourmet grocery/basket of local produce. Primeur fruits & vegetables. Butcher's shop/charcuterie. Cannery/foie gras. Wine cellar & Liqueur.
