Fabien and Rémi are hazelnut growers from father to son in the communes of Balignac and Poupas. They planted their first trees 35 years ago.
Their farm was awarded the HVE (High Environmental Value) label last year.
The hazelnuts are harvested by hand from the end of July for ‘fresh’ hazelnuts, and with a harvester directly on the ground for full-term hazelnuts in September.
